There are various purchase options at our Recreation Park. You can of course buy a recreation home for private use. But it is also possible to buy a recreation home as investment. A big advantage of a private vacation home is that we take care of everything if you decide to rent out the chalet. From check-in to cleanup, we take care of it. So you can feel at ease and enjoy yourself.

Buy vacation home for private use

• In this case you only use the home yourself, and it does not get rented out. You can then use the vacation home 365 days a year. Permanent occupation is not allowed at our park.

Buy a vacation home to rent out

• The home will be delivered turnkey, and can go straight into rentals. Each month you'll receive a settlement with the rental yields over the previous month.  Besides that, you have the option to use the home yourself.
